California based startup, HitFix, came to PERPETUATING with a need for an Android application that had a better user experience than their current iPhone application and was more feature-rich. Perpetuating worked with HitFix to integrate and modify APIs that were previously solely used for the iPhone so the APIs were compatible with both platforms.
In addition, Perpetuating worked with HitFix’s technology team to pull many different types of data from both client web services and third party providers – we approached the relationship as partners knowing that the user experience had to be seamless. Even when we encountered challenges when considering development across the iPhone and Android SDKs, we implemented workarounds to ensure the quality of the final product did not suffer.
Finally, we worked directly with HitFix’s ad provider to integrate full screen and banner ads into the application. The ads were delivered in the correct format to ensure the logic was consistent with industry standards.
