To provide a more user centric and informative experience to help employees of small businesses enroll in 401(K) retirement programs.

Solution

A mobile solution was created for tablet devices that were connected to each other via personal hot spots. The sales force could then travel to meetings with iPads and employees could self-enroll in 401(K) programs with ease.

Result

With the new intuitive mobile experience, ADP achieved an overall 60% increase in enrollments and noticed significantly higher contribution rates and user satisfaction. The sales force is now able to focus on higher value customers as a result of the efficiencies gained from the mobile solution.
